STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


Key terms:

  1. Payment: Invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless stated otherwise on the invoice or order.

  2. Late payment: If payment is overdue, Dashboard Solutions may pause services until the overdue balance is settled (we will aim to give written notice).

  3. Collections: If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 60 days, we may engage a recovery provider; reasonable recovery/legal costs are payable by the client.

  4. Withholding tax (WHT): Any withholding tax is borne by the client; amounts due to Dashboard Solutions are net of withholding, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  5. Delivery: We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within agreed timelines; timelines may shift due to client dependencies (access, approvals, data).

  6. Issues: Any issue should be reported in writing within 8 days of the relevant deliverable/service.

  7. Governing law: Egypt.
